Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Government Healthcare Provider Rate Consultant to join the GHSC team within People & Investments. The role partners with state governments to analyze Medicaid-related financial data and support efficient health service purchasing.

The position offers hybrid work in a multi-city base (Atlanta, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Seattle, DC) with a minimum three days per week in the office, and a base salary range of $68,500 to $137,000 annually.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in economics, finance, accounting, business analytics, mathematics, or statistics.
• 3+ years of healthcare financial analysis experience.
• Ability to work on team projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and advanced formulas.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health care and financial data analysis.
• Define scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients and project managers.
• Develop reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Communicate project status and manage scope, budget, and timelines.
