Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Field Representative & Trainer in Wyoming to foster positive provider relations and elevate the customer service experience. You will coordinate provider education, drive quality initiatives, and ensure understanding of Medicaid policies through on-site visits, workshops, and webinars.

The role requires field work across Wyoming with a hybrid work setup. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in provider relations/education or customer service, healthcare exposure, and strong

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in provider relations/education or customer service.
• Prior experience in healthcare Industry such as working with provider networks, insurance or healthcare rules and regulations.
• Proficient in creating and delivering educational training courses.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient service to providers and external customers, resolving provider issues through education and resources.
• Support staff and providers for issues requiring extensive research and resolution skills.
• Conduct provider education to promote first-pass claims corrections.
• Work with provider networks through Medicaid rules and regulations knowledge.
• Assist Medicaid providers with billing issues, policy questions, and other program-related issues.
• Collaborate with team members to identify, document, and resolve provider questions from start to finish.
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for provider communication and training.
• Deliver in-person training to providers across Wyoming via seminars and on-site visits.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address provider inquiries and maintain service quality.
