Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to Rhode Island Medicaid providers and members by answering claims, eligibility, billing, and benefit questions.
• Research policy requirements and resolve calls and follow-ups.
• Perform manual enrollment data entry and support claims resolution.
• Assist with Provider Enrollment mailings and quality control.
• Train and support peers and new team members.
