Qualifications

• QNXT experience required.
• 3+ years of experience with Provider Data Services systems and end-user apps.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Take detailed notes to share across analysts.
• General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid provider management with assignment, reporting, and project management.
• Coordinate intake and triage, provider data assignments, and claim pend assignments.
• Lead work assignments and coordinate with the manager on production and turnaround times.
