Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Medicaid Provider Data Specialist to support the provider management team. You will focus on assignments, reporting, and project coordination, guiding intake and triage processes along with provider data assignments and claim pend work.

The role requires QNXT experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to lead collaboration sessions. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with full-time, 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• QNXT Experience required.
• 3 years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Take detailed notes to share across analysts.
• General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid provider management with focus on assignment, reporting, project management and non-production activities.
• Coordinate and collaborate across Network Operations-Intake, triage, provider data assignments and claim pend assignments.
• Lead work assignments and work closely with the manager on department production and turnaround times.
