Job summary

United Trading Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Medicaid programs, overseeing budgeting, planning, scheduling, and compliance from inception to delivery. The role includes contract development, liaison work with partners, and managing multiple programs, including 1115 waivers, in a challenging regulatory environment.

The position supports a hybrid work arrangement in Salt Lake City, Utah, with potential on-site responsibilities in a carceral facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of healthcare program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Medicaid program management experience.
• PgMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow and/or AWS Cloud services.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint and Office Suite.
• Experience with Google Suite.
• Working knowledge of program management methodologies.
• Experience with managed care, Medicaid populations, CMS regulatory program experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and have overall responsibility for the success of assigned Medicaid programs with focus on budgeting, planning, scheduling, quality, policy, and operations.
• Assist in creating contracts and APDs; liaise with business partners and contractors.
• Manage multiple complex programs simultaneously and ensure compliance with state and federal procedures and policies.
• Oversee waiver programs including the 1115 Justice Waiver program.
• Supervise and manage a team of case managers.
• Collaborate with management and senior leadership to achieve organizational goals.
