Qualifications

• 7+ years in delivery management, program management, project management and Agile practice leadership.
• 5+ years healthcare claims processing including adjudication, payment and rework operations.
• 2+ years executive-level communication and facilitation using PowerPoint.
• 2+ years delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• 2+ years implementing Agile practices in cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years applying multiple delivery methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a growth mindset.
• Experience supporting innovation, emerging technologies and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of Medicaid programs and agile certifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of Medicaid initiatives across lines of business.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of Medicaid projects on time and within scope.
• Identify and resolve delivery obstacles and risks.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate goals into plans.
• Lead process improvements and root cause analysis.
• Implement best practices to maximize efficiency across workstreams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to delivery practitioners.
