Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced Senior Program Director for a large-scale Medicaid Eligibility program in Kansas. This onsite, Topeka-based leadership role owns program performance, P&L, compliance, and service delivery for a complex public sector initiative.

The ideal candidate has direct Medicaid eligibility determination experience, a track record of leading high-volume eligibility and contact center operations, and a proven ability to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of professional experience in a related field required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading multiagency call centers or CCaaS.
• CRM software experience.
• Must live in or near Topeka, KS and be onsite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the project's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing P&L statements.
• Ensure program operations comply with contract requirements and state/federal regulations.
• Provide leadership to achieve operational and performance goals.
• Manage administrative operations including budget, controls, and HR.
• Guide RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs and write management approaches and concepts.
