You will independently research federal and state requirements, explain options, and help teams decide how to proceed while staying compliant with evolving regulations. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ensure policy-driven system behavior and user experiences, balancing compliance with delivery needs.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of policy analysis experience.
• Experience researching and interpreting policy using statutes and regulations.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in technical and policy contexts.
• Experience with Medicaid eligibility and enrollment policy.
• Experience with agile delivery and human-centered design.

• Interpret policy findings and translate into practical recommendations that guide program decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate policy into system behavior, workflows and user experiences.
• Identify regulatory constraints, risks and ambiguities and propose compliant solutions.
• Prepare policy briefs, decision frameworks, and process flows to support decision-making.
• Support testing and validation of policy implementation through scenario and edge-case testing.
• Conduct landscape and cross-jurisdictional research to monitor evolving policies and their implementation implications.
• Build relationships with external partners to exchange implementation lessons and create collaboration opportunities.
