Job summary

King County's Department of Community and Human Services seeks a Medicaid and Non-Medicaid Benefits Program Manager, Project/Program Manager IV, in a hybrid role based in Seattle. Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and Washington state Medicaid rules.
• Three+ years in behavioral health, public health, or related field.
• Experience with Medicaid systems such as ProviderOne.
• Experience updating policies, procedures, or guidance.
• Experience training providers or staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop job aids to support staff workflows.
• Maintain program policies and procedures.
• Manage and monitor non-Medicaid budgets and spenddowns.
• Provide technical assistance to providers and internal teams.
• Lead provider meetings and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid and non-Medicaid requirements.
