Humana Healthy Horizons seeks a Medicaid Implementation Senior Project Manager to oversee complex Medicaid initiatives from inception to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes business process aspects of state Medicaid implementations with limited IT scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in a managed care healthcare system.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience with large initiatives.
• 2+ years of Change Management experience.
• Experience in Medicaid and/or Medicare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Manage full project lifecycle including requirements, plans, resources, budget, execution and closure.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and risk management plans.
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders and agencies.
• Define SOW and specifications for Medicaid contracts/RFP.
