Job summary

The Washington State Office of the Attorney General is seeking a permanent full-time Office Support Supervisor 2 for the Medicaid Fraud & Abuse Division in Olympia, WA. The position is represented by WFSE and offers a competitive benefits package and salary range of $48,048 to $64,512 per year.

The role supervises two Legal Office Assistants, coordinates travel, onboarding and records, and supports the division's attorneys, data scientists, and investigators with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent and three years of clerical experience including one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise, mentor and coach clerical staff and manage workflow.
• Familiarity with agency policies, travel booking, reimbursements and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervises two Legal Office Assistants and monitors workload and quality.
• Manages file organization, travel booking, reimbursements, onboarding and staff forms.
• Provides ongoing mentoring, on-the-job training and performance reviews.
• Supports attorneys, data scientists, medical services and digital forensics staff with administrative needs.
• Acts as Fleet Vehicle Coordinator and CJIS training coordinator.
