State of Washington, Office of the Attorney General, is recruiting for an AGO Investigator/Analyst Supervisor in the MFAD, based in Spokane. This senior role leads complex civil and criminal healthcare fraud investigations and coordinates with multiple agencies to drive case outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and ten years of experience conducting investigations, including authority to independently plan and conduct civil or criminal cases; at least two of these years must include supervision.
• Five years of experience as an AGO Senior Investigator/Analyst.
• Additional qualifying investigative experience may substitute year for year for education.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and coordinate highly complex civil and criminal healthcare fraud matters under supervision.
• Lead multi‑jurisdictional investigations and coordinate with federal, local and state agencies.
• Develop investigation plans, delegate duties, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in civil and criminal healthcare fraud investigations.
