Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in economics, finance, accounting, business analytics, mathematics, statistics, or a related analytical major.
• 3+ years of healthcare financial analysis experience, financial modeling, rate setting or forecasting.
• Ability to work on team projects and initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas to organize, analyze and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive analysis of health care, financial and other data using spreadsheet and database tools, with heavy Excel use.
• Work with client and team project managers to define scope, timelines and deliverables, including budgets and work plans.
• Assist in development of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for clients.
• Ensure regular communication with client to review project status and expectations; provide insight to solve issues; manage scope, budget and timelines.
• Thrives in an environment embracing AI and technology-enabled tools.
