Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree plus three years of full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Associate degree (or 60 semester credits) plus four years of clerical/administrative experience, including supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent plus five years of clerical/administrative experience, including supervisory responsibility.
• Education/experience equivalent to the above, with mandatory one year of administrative or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Review Medicaid case records and data to determine eligibility for funding categories.
• Identify CINs spanning multiple enrollments and coordinate with OMIG/OSC to return files and prepare demographic TADS.
• Disenroll clients from multiple CINs in Medicaid Managed Care where applicable and create TADS for demographic corrections.

Education

BS/BA degree + 3 years administrative experience

Associate degree + 4 years administrative experience

High school diploma + 5 years administrative experience

Equivalent combination of education/experience
