Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering large, multi-stakeholder technology or policy implementations.
• 3+ years of Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, or public assistance program experience.
• Experience with state agencies, vendors, and federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Medicaid eligibility and enrollment projects, including system changes and policy implementations.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans across state agencies, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions with a RAID log; escalate early.
