Amazing Home Care is actively seeking a full-time bilingual (Spanish/English) Medicaid Coordinator to join the Bronx office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and multitasking capability, with Medicaid experience.

Responsibilities include managing eligibility for Medicaid benefits, serving as liaison between families, MCOs, and government agencies, guiding clients through applications and renewals, and maintaining meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in home care and Medicaid eligibility/Medicaid office required.
• Strong understanding of NYS Medicaid regulations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) essential.
• Excellent time management with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly detailed and organized.

Responsibilities
