Responsibilities

• Assist patients in applying for Medicaid or Charity Care at client facilities.
• Interview patients or representatives by phone or in person to gather eligibility information.
• Obtain, verify, and calculate income/resources to determine financial eligibility.
• Document case records using automated systems to form a patient record.
