• Meets with individuals prior to the first appointment and completes all necessary financial paperwork.
• Updates financial information as needed with individuals.
• Applies Medicaid and board funding payments on the billing software and adjusts accounts as needed.
• Processes insurance payments and client payments on the billing system and approves cash sheets when needed.
• Handles insurance denials with follow-up within 30 days and proper action if not paid within 45 days.
