Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Technology team in Dallas/Fort Worth, supporting NBC5, T39, and Arthouse. You will implement and support technology within a mission-critical media production and enterprise IT environment, collaborating with News, Production, and Creative Services teams.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and willingness to work on-site full time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with media production applications and IT infrastructure.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dallas/Fort Worth and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and implement technical/workflow solutions for News and Production partners.
• Administer media production applications, systems and infrastructure for reliability.
• Develop and maintain system documentation for operations and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support, incident response, and customer communication.
• Ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cyber security policies and standards.
• Work on-site full-time at an NBCUniversal designated site.
