Job summary

Amazon Prime Video is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our Studios Technology team in Culver City, CA. You will design, implement, and support infrastructure for Studios production and post‑production workflows across global facilities.

You will manage network, systems, and storage solutions in hybrid environments, perform maintenance, respond to incidents, and automate routine tasks with scripts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on systems engineering and administrative work in networking, storage, and operating systems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Network, Systems and Storage solutions across on-premises data centers, public cloud platforms, and global facilities.
• Maintain, update, and patch network equipment, storage arrays, and server infrastructure for performance and security.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability; troubleshoot complex issues in large-scale environments.
• Provide hands-on support at production facilities and remote environments; respond to alerts and incidents.
• Automate storage provisioning, data migration, and capacity management; develop scripts and automation tools.
• Collaborate with production teams, engineering groups, and vendors to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for Network, Systems and Storage infrastructure.
