Arm Candy is seeking a Media Associate to support the internal team with project management and daily execution of client media needs. The role includes light client interactions, meeting attendance, and capturing action items to keep every project on track.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of media experience
• Must be located in DFW area or willing to relocate
• Passion for project management and paid media
• An eagerness and desire to learn new skills and capabilities
• Strong attention to details and highly organized
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel and Google Docs
• And most of all, a great attitude!

Responsibilities

• Project management within Asana for all tasks across multiple departments for client and internal needs
• Assist and support Media Management team leads on day-to-day client and agency needs
• QA and traffic of all creative assets for approved media plans
• Gathering and QA of status updates to keep projects moving on time and at high quality
• Continual training and certification of defined media channels platforms in Social, Search and Programmatic
• Training on CYRIS, our proprietary media planning technology
• QA of all reporting and analytics in dashboards to ensure impressions and conversions are tracked
• Training on media performance impacts through data in dashboards
• Collaborate internally on client assignments with multiple team members and departments
