Normal Computing is hiring a Media & PR Lead to shape the public narrative of Normal Inference Systems. You will own media relationships, craft technical storytelling, and steer PR programs around major announcements, partnerships, and product milestones.

Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will develop spokespeople, coordinate with researchers and engineers, and manage outreach, briefs, and embargoes to maximize coverage across technical and mainstream media.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial experience in media relations, PR or journalism, with work in deep tech, semiconductors, AI infrastructure or adjacent industries.
• Ability to recognize strong stories, develop angles and write tailored pitches.
• Experience running complex announcements involving leaders and multiple orgs.
• Able to prepare leaders for interviews, talks and briefings.

Aufgaben

• Build media relationships across technical trades, mainstream media and analysts.
• Secure public engagements including podcasts, talks, panels and forums; match opportunities to expertise.
• Develop spokespeople and prepare executives for interviews and briefings.
• Lead major announcements from planning through launch and follow-up.
• Lead partner PR with coordinated messaging and amplification.
• Prioritize opportunities based on audience fit and impact; monitor industry narratives.
• Prepare press materials: releases, media kits, Q&A, briefs.
• Plan amplification: coordinating content and timing around events and coverage.
