Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a senior leader to drive external communications for a high-growth AI data lab, shaping narratives for product launches, executive thought leadership, and partnerships. You will secure top-tier media coverage and guide messaging across digital, print, broadcast, and social channels.

The role requires exceptional writing, storytelling, and the ability to translate complex AI topics into compelling narratives, with a remote-friendly, fast-paced environment and on-site presence

Your strategic approach will help build trust and credibility as you oversee everything from product launches to executive thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven success in securing top-tier media coverage and building lasting press relationships.
• Experience leading communications for product launches and major company announcements.
• Strong strategic judgment with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI, developer tools, enterprise software, or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Crisis communications experience.

Work Terms

This is a full-time, on-site position based in San Francisco.

Compensation

• The annual compensation for this role ranges from $250, 000 to $400, 000.
• All employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, subject to company policies.
