Responsibilities

Assist in media negotiating and planning, including evaluating RFPs and contracting rates.
Support creation and presentation of media plans and related documents.
Coordinate with vendors and agencies to keep up with marketplace innovations.
Assist in campaign management from proposal to end date, including asset production and brand approvals.
Handle post-campaign reporting and billing, ensuring accurate documentation.
Contribute to day-to-day communications with partners and clients.
