Job summary

Publicis Groupe in the United States is launching an Associate role within the Publicis Media Training Program to begin a career in the evolving advertising world. Associates support creation, management, and stewardship of client media plans and investments.

You will work on client teams, develop relationships, and present recommendations on when and where advertising dollars should be spent. The program includes 25 classes, group research, mentorship, and exposure to day-to-day agency business

Qualifications

• Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint to perform calculations and present data.

• Basic understanding of consumer behavior and how brands interact with people.
• Enjoy managing projects and processes and seizing new opportunities.
• Experience developing and presenting ideas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team brainstorms to kick off plan and consideration set development.
• Assist in negotiations, evaluating RFPs, contracting rates, and increasing program value.
• Create and present media plans, tactical decks, and related documents.
• Meet vendors to stay on top of marketplace innovations and cultivate relationships.
• Project manage programs from proposal to end date, including specs and asset production.
• Generate insertion orders and placement and trafficking.
• Own post-campaign reconciliation and billing.
• Communicate with Vendors, Partner Agencies, and Creative media and social clients.
