Responsibilities

• Participate in team brainstorms to kick off plan development.
• Assist in evaluating RFPs, contracting rates, and program value.
• Create and present media plans and related documents.
• Meet vendors to stay updated on marketplace innovations.
• Project manage programs from proposal to end date with asset production.
• Generate insertion orders and placement data, and track post-launch info.
• Own post-campaign reconciliation and billing.
• Maintain day-to-day communication with Partners, Agencies, and clients.
• Work in analytics, local buying, planning, programmatic, digital, search, content, or social teams.
