We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Media Planner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic media plans that align with client goals and deliver measurable results. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams and external partners to identify the most effective media channels and placements.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and present comprehensive media plans based on client objectives and target audiences
  • Conduct market research and media analysis to guide planning decisions
  • Negotiate with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure key metrics are achieved
  • Prepare post-campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights
  • Work collaboratively with account managers, creative teams, and clients to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in media planning or buying
  • Strong understanding of media channels including print, broadcast, digital (excluding social media), and out-of-home
  • Proficient in media planning tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
