Qualifications

• 3-4+ years in Paid Search or Paid Media with client accounts.
• Proficient in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Strong communication and leadership for client relationships.
• Ability to optimize campaigns toward KPIs such as ROAS/CPA.
• Experience with retargeting and YouTube advertising.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage Google Ads & Microsoft Ads strategies for client portfolios.
• Regularly communicate performance via weekly calls and emails.
• Translate data into actionable insights and client stories.
• Own the client relationship and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align with client goals and onboarding.
