Digital Media Manager or Director (Hybrid – NYC)

Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY (Hybrid: Mon/Tues/Thurs in-office, Wed/Fri remote)

This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a hands-on digital marketing professional who enjoys both building and optimizing campaigns and mentoring a small team. You’ll work directly with the executive leadership and help shape campaign strategies that drive results. What You’ll Do:

  • Own the execution, optimization, and performance of digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and Snap.
  • Manage and grow ROI through data-driven strategies using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and similar tools.
  • Collaborate with clients in Higher Education and other sectors to develop and present campaign strategies that meet business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a small team (3–4 people) while staying hands-on with campaign execution and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, insightful reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay on top of digital media trends and best practices to continuously improve outcomes.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of digital media experience for Director-level applicants; 5+ years for Manager-level.
  • Proven expertise in paid digital campaign management across major platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, Snap, Reddit, TikTok).
  • Strong proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting via Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and similar tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and client needs with precision and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills and comfort presenting to mid- and senior-level clients.
  • Experience in Higher Education or agency environments is strongly preferred.
