True Media in Minneapolis is seeking a Media Insights Supervisor to lead a team delivering client reporting and analytics. You will mentor analysts, oversee workflow, and partner with senior leadership to ensure high-quality measurements and actionable insights.

A hybrid schedule, with 3 days in office and 2 work-from-home days, is provided. The role requires 5+ years in analytics within an agency, strong BI skills, and demonstrated ability to guide junior staff while maintaining client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience in an agency or client services setting.
• Proven mentoring ability and leadership in a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of cross-channel measurement and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client reporting portfolio and deliver monthly reports, QBRs, and ad-hoc analyses with depth.
• Present findings to clients, translate trends into actionable recommendations.
• Supervise and develop Associates, Analysts, and Senior Analysts; manage workflow and deadlines.
• Enforce data governance, naming conventions, and documentation across BI platforms.
• Contribute to onboarding, training materials, and cross-department collaboration on measurement.
