Job summary

True Media seeks a Media Insights Supervisor to lead hands-on analytics and people management within the Media Intelligence team. You will oversee client reporting, mentor analysts, and ensure high-quality measurement outputs that meet client goals.

Responsibilities include delivering monthly reports, presenting findings to clients, and guiding process improvements. Hybrid schedule with a blend of office and remote work, and a focus on data governance and strategic storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics in an agency setting.
• Expert proficiency in at least one BI platform (Tableau/PowerBI/Looker Studio/DOMO).
• Experience using Python or R for advanced data analysis and visualization.
• Advanced data manipulation skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or strategic field preferred; Google/Scrum certifications noted.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active client reporting portfolio and deliver monthly reports, QBRs, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Present analytical findings to clients and translate trends into actionable recommendations.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and daily guidance to team members.
• Oversee team workflow and account assignments; ensure deadlines and quality.
• Enforce data governance, privacy, and BI standards across outputs.
• Collaborate on training materials, templates, and onboarding efforts.
