Job summary

GPL Technologies in Los Angeles seeks a Systems Engineer to support production-critical infrastructure for media and entertainment clients. You will secure and optimize environments spanning networking, storage, firewalls, identity, and collaboration tools.

The ideal candidate is an infrastructure generalist with hands-on experience in networks, storage, firewalls, and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace. Strong communication with clients and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of systems or network engineering experience.
• Experience in MSP environments preferred.
• Strong client communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches and wireless access points.
• Support enterprise storage systems.
• Support enterprise firewalls.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
• Support centralized authentication with Active Directory and IdPs.
• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues across multi-site environments.
• Engage directly with clients to provide technical guidance and responsive support.
• Contribute to infrastructure planning, architecture improvements, and long-term optimization.
