Responsibilities

• Research and recommend media outlets, writers, reviewers, influencers, and creators.
• Maintain contact lists, outreach calendars, partnership records, and activity trackers.
• Execute outreach supporting product announcements, reviews, interviews, and brand initiatives.
• Prepare outreach materials, briefing docs, and partnership communications.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, including briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Administer media sample program with records for requests, approvals, inventory, shipments, and returns.
• Coordinate sample movement with internal teams under company procedures.
• Monitor coverage, creator content, brand mentions, and industry conversations.
• Ensure sponsored content complies with FTC disclosure guidance and escalate issues to leadership.
• Compile reporting on earned coverage, influencer reach and engagement, and share of voice.
• Coordinate media participation in trade shows, launches, and activations.
• Collaborate with Digital and Creative for timing, content needs, and asset usage.
