Job summary

KCTV5 and Gray Digital Media KC in Kansas City seek a success-oriented digital sales professional to win new business and grow existing accounts. You will design and sell Television and Digital advertising/marketing solutions including programmatic, streaming, email, social, SEM/SEO, and sponsorships for My KC Live.

The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship-building, and delivering compelling proposals while collaborating with internal teams to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of digital media sales preferred or proven sales track record.
• Demonstrates intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
• Ability to prospect and network with business decision-makers.
• Proven experience building professional client relationships.
• Superior multitasking skills with cross-functional work.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT; understanding of G4 analytics is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company policies.

KCTV5 and Gray Digital Media KC (digital agency) in Kansas City have an opportunity for a success-oriented professional with a passion for media and digital sales to join our talented team. We’re looking for our next ROCKSTAR salesperson who is highly motivated to win! This individual is willing to put in the work, make the touchpoints, forge new relationships, develop new business, and is motivated to maximize revenue through new, maintenance, and growth of accounts. The ME will design and sell Television and Digital advertising/marketing solutions using the latest advertising products (programmatic, Streaming, Email, Social, SEM, SEO). This individual will also be responsible for selling sponsorship opportunities and lifestyle segments in the daily lifestyle show, My KC Live.

Duties/Responsibilities
