Qualifications

• 5–8 years in investment banking or related advisory discipline.
• Hands-on experience executing M&A or capital raising mandates.
• Proven ability to build financial analyses, including valuation models.
• Clear, concise communicator in client-facing settings.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Active Series 79 and Series 63 licenses, or eligibility to obtain them.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions across the Media & Communications sector.
• Execute investment banking mandates end-to-end with the Institutional Banking team.
• Evaluate structures and support client decision-making using M&A and capital markets expertise.
• Develop and present valuation models, comps, and market analyses for advisory engagements.
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development and sector research.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on deliverables and development.
