Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three years of experience in financial data analysis or related area.
• Experience with financial statements and corporate transaction analysis.
• Experience building complex financial models including LBO, merger, and DCF analyses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and refine financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials for client engagements.
• Collaborate with team members on analytical approaches and best practices.
• Develop client presentation materials: pitchbooks, CIMs, management presentations, and investor materials.
• Execute M&A and capital-raising transactions, owning analytical workstreams and coordinating with clients and advisors.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior bankers and clients in written and verbal form.
• Apply Citi risk management policies and product frameworks to support transaction approvals and structuring.
