Our Agency is fully remote. You’ll get to work closely with our advertising director & CEO to create our inbound marketing unstoppable for our clients.

So what base talents should you have? Well, ideally you’re a nice blend of creative, intuitive, and implementer roles, as you will manage our client campaigns and relationships to help them GROW!

So we’re looking for candidates (that’s you) who have experience running campaigns and are hungry to make an impact.. The right candidate is one who is analytical, driven to get results, and eager to contribute.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, Manage and Optimize advertising campaigns (Meta & Google)
  • Work alongside internal account managers
  • Respond to emails
  • Assist with monthly strategy meetings
  • Provide proactive recommendations to Paid Media spend
  • Deliver the best experience
  • Analyze and troubleshoot poor account performance.
  • Conduct internal weekly discussions
  • Share industry knowledge
  • Update team on weekly client milestones
  • Provide campaign and client reporting
  • Duplicate approved Meta & Google advertising campaigns
  • Implement new Meta & Google campaigns to test
  • Identify new creative & copy variations for testing
  • Develop and innovate campaigns that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Manage up to 3 Meta Campaigns and 2 Google Campaigns for location. (Total 5 campaigns)

Tracking Analytics:

  • Track and analyze results on campaign strategy
  • Make sure reporting dashboard is correct and integrated
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns performance
  • Handle Q&A & recommendations to clients
  • Contribute new ideas to the department through learning and brainstorming
  • Support the Advertising Director on higher-level initiatives and projects.
  • Campaign management
  • Monitor and optimize client campaigns to achieve KPI’s
  • Deliver the best possible result

What Do You Need To Be Successful:

  • Proven track record managing and optimizing Facebook and Google ads, and broader experience is also desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of direct response marketing.
  • Experience writing copy that works for lead generation.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing tools.
  • An understanding of how to measure ROI on active social media campaigns.
  • Being proactive and a problem solver for yourself, the team and your clients

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads Manager.
  • Proven ability to plan, strategize, build, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns.
  • Experience managing 50+ campaigns simultaneously.
  • 5+ year of customer service management
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Full Time, Contract

Pay: $50,000 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible schedule - As long as you are available for internal and external client work.

Experience:

  • Facebook Ads Manager: 2 years (Required)
  • Google Ads Manager: 2 years (Required)
  • Health and Wellness: 1 year (Preferred)
  • (Virtual) Face to Face client meetings: 3 years (Required)
