In this role, you will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive performance and scale across our channels. You'll dive deep into ad performance using data from platforms like Northbeam, Haus, and Hyros—leveraging tools like Claude and Excel to translate insights into action. This is a performance-first role ideal for someone who can balance creative experimentation with a sharp analytical edge.
Launch, manage, and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
Optimize campaigns daily to reduce CAC and improve ROAS, MER, and LTV
Use MMM tools (Northbeam, Prescient) to guide budget allocation and strategy
Run incrementality tests using tools like Haus to validate performance lift
Analyze campaign data and user behavior using Hyros, RetentionX, and Edgemesh
Leverage AI tools like Claude and advanced spreadsheets to extract insights and streamline reporting
Collaborate with growth and creative teams on testing roadmaps and performance feedback
Monitor platform updates and trends to stay ahead of algorithm shifts and ad innovations
Build clear reports and performance recaps to share across the marketing team
2–4 years of experience in a media buying or performance marketing role
Direct experience in DTC, eCommerce, or high-growth consumer brands is highly preferred
Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns profitably
Hands-on experience with data analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, MER, LTV)
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with AI tools like Claude is a plus
Familiarity with MMM platforms (Northbeam, Prescient) and incrementality testing (Haus)
Comfortable navigating analytics and tracking tools like Hyros, RetentionX, and Edgemesh
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and move fast on insights
