Summary: Lamark is looking for an experienced results-driven Programmatic Buyer to join our performance marketing agency in Boca Raton, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve performance goals. Key Functional Areas Of Responsibilities

  1. Setup and manage campaigns across DSP platforms and mediums utilizing display, video, mobile, native, CTV/OTT, and audio
  2. Develop and execute forward-thinking programmatic advertising strategies and deliver insightful reports based on data analysis
  3. Monitoring pacing, KPIs, testing, and optimizing for continuous improvements against client or company objectives
  4. Daily management and optimization of ad formats, audience targeting, supply vendors, PMP deals, day parting, recency, frequency, etc.
  5. Manage programmatic partnerships through the planning process from RFPing, partner evaluations, partner scoring, negotiations, management, and final execution
  6. Media planning and forecasting based on brief parameters and media strategy
  7. Proactively work with client services on campaign setup and optimization strategy
  8. Work closely with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to provide analytical insights and recommendations to the client
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising
  10. Evaluation of new platforms, tools, and partnerships to enhance performance and efficiency

Qualifications

  1. 2-4+ years' experience working in media agencies or in digital planning/buying roles
  2. Experience working in-platform in programmatic DSPs
  3. RetailMedia experience is a plus
  4. Understanding of cookie-less advertising and privacy regulations
  5. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  6. Must love and be curious about data analytics and how that affects the bottom line
  7. Passionate about technologies supporting digital/mobile advertising: ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, third-party ad tags
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  9. Excellent client communication skills, both written and verbal
  10. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
  11. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  12. Proactively organize daily tasks
  13. Self-motivated and team-oriented
  14. Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  15. Detail-oriented and meticulous
  16. Enthusiastic about the future of web-based brand advertising and building that future with us
