As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Media team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by utilizing cutting-edge marketing platforms and applications to connect with our customers and optimize our business.

As a Media Buyer II, you will contribute by optimizing TV media results through strategic media partnerships. You will report directly to the Media Manager and collaborate with Media Coordinators, Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Creative teams.

What You'll Contribute
  • Focus on TV direct response advertising efforts
  • Secure the best value from media partners and TV stations
  • Analyze market availabilities and renegotiate as needed
  • Plan and prepare annual schedules
  • Create ACT cycles for underperforming markets, stations, and programs
  • Conduct weekly optimization meetings via Zoom
  • Maintain accurate TV expense data and budgets
  • Manage cost per lead efficiencies within your market
What It Takes to Succeed

  • Experience in agency, media, or advertising sales (preferred)
  • Consultative sales experience with third-party data (a bonus)
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to pass a skills assessment

  • Strategic thinking and data analysis skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
