About the Role
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of databases within the department, as well as routine administration of media accounts, having a direct impact on consistency, accuracy and credibility of data to be used for departmental reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develops and distributes management, marketing and sales reports using Salesforce, Oracle, Databricks, and other enterprise data platforms.
- Manages the query/extraction, ingestion and use of all media data from third party data providers (including FCC, BIA, M-Street, S&P Global) and licensing partners (e.g., TVMLC). Acts as the department’s liaison to such organizations.
- Analyzes, evaluates, and interprets media data as necessary to provide analytics and administrative support to Media customer service representatives and licensing department management.
- Monitors media licensing group email inboxes and online inquiries for Media customer service representatives.
- Periodically compiles candidate listings for licensing outreach campaigns.
- Assists in the development of department systems and operational procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Supports enterprise database projects such as testing of enhancements and updates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Access. Experience working in a business environment required.
Required Skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Access and Excel required with experience incorporating Microsoft Co-pilot and other AI tools preferred.
- Experience with using and developing Salesforce reports required. Experience using Databricks preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
