Spencer Media Group, part of Saga Communications, is hiring a Media Advisor to join our team of marketing pros in Spencer, IA. This client-facing outside sales role helps local businesses grow by guiding them through the full customer journey—from initial contact to purchase.

You’ll blend existing relationships, inbound leads, and proactive outreach while learning to use high-impact platforms to deliver results across the consumer journey. Training and benefits accompany this growth opportunity.

This is a client-facing, outside sales role for someone who's sharp, creative and ready to help local businesses grow. You'll connect with business owners, simplify their marketing approach and guide them through the full customer journey - "just curious" to "ready to buy".

You'll work a healthy mix of existing client relationships, inbound leads and your own outreach. Curiosity, conversation, and consistency will be your best tools.

We'll train you to use high-impact platforms like audio, paid search, targeted display, video and social media to deliver results across every stage of the consumer journey. If you enjoy learning new things, asking great questions and helping others solve problems, you'll thrive here.

• Base salary + commission.
• Year 1 average earnings: $50,000-$55,000.
• Year 2 average earnings: $65,000+... it's up to you!
