Job summary

REVA in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead a two-person team and drive end-to-end billing, eligibility verification, and denial management.

The role works with the CFO and CRO to optimize in-network contract utilization, improve cash flow, and ensure HIPAA compliance across the billing lifecycle. A healthcare revenue cycle background plus leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading or managing healthcare revenue cycle departments.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS and medical terminology.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid enrollment and revalidations.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient benefits and eligibility.
• Obtain pre-authorization numbers and pre-certifications.
• Manage denials and appeals processes for payer recoveries.
• Lead billing and claims operations and ensure timely cash flow.
