Job summary

Med-Trans Corporation is seeking a HAA Pilot for a full-time position in Texas. You will transport patients and work with a team of medical experts to safely move customers to and from locations.

The role emphasizes safety, aircraft readiness, and regulatory compliance. Pay is competitive with a total potential compensation up to $245,000, including a base range of $125,260–$137,789 and a $110,000 bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Current rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• Minimum flight hour requirements as listed in minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients with a team of medical experts.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for dispatch and cleanliness.
• Maintain Med-Trans and regulatory records accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information following recording protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Helicopter Pilott o provide medical air transportation services to Med-Trans customers. Safety is a key pillar of our services.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FARand Med-Trans requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recordingMed-Trans change boarddetails
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training

MinimumRequirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• 100 Hours Night Unaided, or 50 Hours Unaided with 100 Hours Aided

Preferred Qualifications

• B407 Aircraft Experience
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
