Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks a Helicopter Pilot for Med-Trans to provide medical air transport services. Responsibilities include ensuring aircraft readiness, coordinating with crews and facilities, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires extensive rotorcraft flight hours, a current FAA commercial certificate, instrument rating, and Class II medical. Night hours and turbine experience are preferred. On-call, with bonus potential and housing options may apply.

Qualifications

• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• 100 Hours Night Unaided or 50 Hours Unaided with 100 Hours Aided
• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate

Responsibilities

• Work with a medical team to transport patients safely
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and Med-Trans requirements
• Maintain Med-Trans regulatory docs and records
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift-change information per protocol for change board details
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training

We’re hiring aHelicopter Pilotto provide medical air transportation services to Med-Trans customers. Safety is a key pillar of our services.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FARand Med-Trans requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recordingMed-Trans change boarddetails
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training
