Job summary

Global Medical Response is recruiting a Helicopter Pilot in the United States to perform medical air transport duties with a 7/7 schedule. The role requires current rotorcraft certifications, instrument rating, and substantial flight hours to ensure safe patient transfers.

We offer a comprehensive package including on-duty housing, a $15K sign-on bonus, and retention bonuses. You will work within Med-Trans teams to support dispatch and flight crews, maintaining regulatory compliance and ongoing

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Total flight hours: 2,000.
• 1,500 helicopter hours.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
• 1,000 turbine helicopter hours.
• 200 helicopter night flight hours.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients with a medical team to and from locations and facilities.
• Maintain aircraft readiness and comply with FAR and Med-Trans requirements.
• Keep Med-Trans and regulatory documentation up to date.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide handoff information to the next pilot and team.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Med-Trans requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateMed-Trans and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingMed-Trans change boarddetails
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

MinimumRequirements
