Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Helicopter Pilot for a full-time HAA role to provide medical air transport for Med-Trans customers. You will work with a team of medical experts to safely transport patients, ensure aircraft readiness, and maintain regulatory documentation.

The position requires a rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, instrument rating, Class II medical, and thousands of flight hours. Benefits include a $15,000 sign-on, on-duty housing, and a 7/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• Current rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• Minimum flight hours: 2,000 total, 1,500 helicopter, 1,000 PIC, 1,000 turbine, 200 night hours.

Responsibilities

• Work with a medical team to safely transport patients to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals, FAR/Med-Trans requirements, and cleanliness duties.
• Maintain Med-Trans regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team per Med-Trans change board procedures.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
