Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services. You will work with a medical team to transport patients safely, maintain aircraft readiness, and ensure compliance with FAA and Med-Trans requirements.

The role requires current rotorcraft certification, instrument rating, and flight hours with turboprop experience. A 7/7 schedule and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients with a medical team to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals and Med-Trans requirements, including FAR compliance and cleanliness.
• Maintain Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to the next pilot and team per Med-Trans change board protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
