Job summary

Med-Trans is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services. Safety is a key pillar of our operations as you transport patients to and from locations and facilities.

We offer a 7/7 schedule, a salary range of $88,759–$97,635, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, a $5,000 IFR stipend, and retention bonuses totaling $40,000 after three years. Qualifications

• Must hold FAA rotorcraft commercial certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Total flight hours: 2,000+; helicopter hours: 1,500+; PIC: 1,000+; turbine hours: 500+.
• 200 night flight hours; 200 instrument hours (actual or hood/sim).
• EC135 aircraft experience or equivalent (preferred).
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities with a team of medical experts.
• Ensure aircraft readiness according to manuals and regulatory requirements, including FARs and Med-Trans rules.
• Maintain Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following board protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
